Yuma Residence Hall Liaison  Officer Andrew Kisela Hello, I am Andrew Kisleaand I have the pleasure to be UAPD’s liaison to Yuma Residence Hall. As the liaison to Yuma Residence Hall, I plan to work with the staff and residents of Yuma Residence Hall to make this year safe and enjoyable for all. I have been a police officer for UAPD for the past 5 years and I would like to share the benefit of my experience to provide a safe environment for the residents of Yuma Residence Hall. I also know that I can learn much from the staff and residents of Yuma Residence Hall.
