Uniformed Patrol
The
patrol unit functions with three patrol teams, each with a sergeant, that
patrol the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patrol officers are
responsible for a wide variety of functions, including the primary law
enforcement duties for the campus. This includes responding to all 911
calls for police services, medical emergencies or public assists, and
supporting large public events. Officers also patrol on bicycle within
the University community. Officers will easily ride over 25 miles per
